Pentecostal Credit Union - Loans and Business Officer (Customer Relations and Membership)

Responsible to: The Chief Executive Officer

Hours: 40 hours per week

Purpose of role: To be responsible for the prudent and responsible consideration of loan applications using a variety of tools and techniques, such as affordability assessments, scoring, credit checking and other underwriting activities.
To take responsibility for the week to week financial administration of The Pentecostal Credit Union (TPCU) by developing and running efficient and accurate financial administrative systems.
To be responsible for developing and overseeing excellent customer services at PCU.
To maintain records of membership applications and to develop and initiate strategies/programmes to increase membership

Salary:£26,000.00 per Annum

Westcountry Savings & Loans Business Development Officer

Job details Job title: Business Development Officer
Responsible to: General Manager
Based: At home, ideally in or around Exeter. Regular travel to Portishead will be required.
Salary: £25,000 p.a. pro-rata plus pension contribution and travel expenses, based on 37 hour week
Hours: 28-30 per week, some evening work may be necessary
Contract: 6 month fixed-term contract with a one month probationary period. Renewal of contract is subject to performance

Background:
It is an exciting time at Westcountry Savings and Loans and we are looking for an ambitious person to join our busy team. You will be responsible for recruiting members into the Credit Union and establishing good links with a variety of organisations, including housing associations, local authorities and community groups.

Director Vacancies at Liverpool Community Credit Union

Help shape the future of our credit union
This year we have a number of vacancies on the Board for Non-Executive Directors. All appointments to the Board will be approved by members at the 2020 AGM to be held before end of February 2020
We are looking for members across all demographics in Liverpool with skills and experience in any of the following areas:
• Credit union knowledge and/or working knowledge
• Community work and/or charity work including social enterprises
• Setting up and/or managing your own business • Strategic and/or operational expertise in a financial services organisation.
• Specialisms in the area of accountancy, legal, finance, governance, human resources, IT and risk management, credit risk, regulatory compliance or unsecured lending in a financial services context.

We would encourage applicants to apply as soon as possible in order for us to present candidates for the 2020 AGM.
